BIOGRAPHY
Julian Love was born in the UK but spent much of his childhood abroad. His interest in photography was sparked by chance during a month long trip to China when, while he was about to pack his compact camera, a friend suggested taking along the old SLR instead. After burning through his entire supply of film in the first few days it soon become clear the travel photography bug had taken hold. He has since explored the cities and mountains of Europe, North Africa, South America and the Himalaya searching for authentic pictures that convey the true character of a place.
Finally, after 10 years only occasionally escaping from behind a desk, Julian now manages to spend most of the year travelling and photographing. His images have appeared in books, magazines and brochures for a variety of clients in the UK and Europe. He can usually be found with a camera to his eye, waiting for the light to be just right.

BIOGRAPHY
Robert, a pupil at Landesgymnasium Sankt Afra boarding school, only truly became interested in photography in 2005, when he studied the German magazine Photographie while in hospital. When he finishes high school in summer 2008, Robert plans to begin studying Communication Design.
“I had already developed an interest in art, and seeing the pictures in the magazine showed me that photography is another great way to show people interesting and beautiful things. I had an old Pentax which I began to take photographs with, and after a while my dad bought me a digital camera. Since this day my camera and I have been best friends; she helps me to take photos and I help her to stay in shape. Photography has another great aspect for me: it helps me escape my daily routine and get my mind off school for some time. My favourite photographers are Carl Lyttle, Vic Huber, Leni Riefenstahl and Lewis Wickes Hine.”
