Linhof & Studio was established in 1977 as the UK importer for the Linhof range of professional photographic equipment. TECHNORAMAS - THE EXTREME FORMATS The term X large panoramic for special sizes on roll film was not yet known when Linhof presented their first oversized roll film camera over 25 years ago: the Technorama 617 was so successful with its dramatic 3:1 aspect ratio that other cameras soon followed. Linhof were the innovators of panoramic formats and lead the way with the 6x17 and 6x12cms options. Today these two camera systems offer the photographer so much more than the original fixed lens cameras of the 1970’s. A selection of five interchangeable lenses are available and a shift ability on the 6x17cms version with ground glass viewing is optional.

This prize is a 612 Technorama offering a 2:1 panoramic format.
