TPOTY 2009 has three portfolio categories - Homeland, Natural Wonders and People of the World - a One Shot category, Young TPOTY, First Shot (for less experienced amateur photographers), and New Talent, for those looking to start a career in photography.
You can enter all the categories that you are eligible for as many times as you like.
The 2009 Travel Photographer of the Year will be the photographer who is judged to have entered the best portfolios in two different portfolio categories.
