Get valuable feedback from on your images from the pros
Many photographers reach a certain point with their photography then struggle to improve. This is the point when we all need a bit of help and guidance to take our photography to the next level.
Now you can get that feedback here online through the TPOTY website and receive a critique from an experienced professional photographer and TPOTY judge.
Here's how it works...
The link below takes you to the TPOTY login area where you can choose either to enter the awards or to receive a critique.
If you entered the awards last year you will already have registered and can use your login either to enter the awards again or get an online critique. You don't need to re-register. If this is your first time then simply create a new login by registering your details. Once you're registered you can see all your competition entries and critiques in your own personal login area.
To get an online critique, choose the TPOTY critique option then select the number of images which you'd like critiqued. You can choose to have individual images critiqued or a portfolio.
When you upload your images you'll be able to add comments, so if you'd like us to comment on a particular aspect of your photography - perhaps you're putting together your first portfolio for a submission to a magazine or you're thinking of entering a photo competition - then you can ask us to bear this in mind when critiquing your images.
How much does it cost?
There is a fee for these critiques because it takes time to do them properly and to give you the expert opinion and detailed critique you need to improve your photography. The choices of critiques and prices are:
- Individual image critiques
- 1 image - £25
- 2 images - £35
- 3 images - £40
- Portfolio critique (4 to 6 images)
- 4 to 6 images - £60
Who critiques your images?
Travel Photographer of the Year founder and professional photographer, Chris Coe, or professional photographer or a TPOTY judge will critique your images.
In time we'll be adding picture editors and other imaging experts to the critiquing panel.
