Beauty has an address

The Sultanate of Oman is a country with an enormous wealth of natural attractions, fascinating culture and warm welcoming people. Oman's greatest attraction is its stunning landscape including 3165 km of undisturbed coastline, majestic fjords, magnificent desert expanses and rugged mountains.

Home to a wide range of award-winning five-star hotels, first-class air, road and telecommunications networks, Oman is the perfect destination for leisure and business travellers. Visitors to Muscat can expect world class cuisine, stunning architecture and a range of activities including excellent diving, dune bashing and exploring the vast Hajar mountain range.

Its rich cultural and archaeological heritage reflects hundreds of years of international trade and foreign influences, evidence of which is spread all over the country, home to more than 500 forts, castles, 3 UNESCO heritage sights and rock paintings.

Despite exciting development plans, the country remains firmly rooted in its tradition and culture. A trip to Oman affords the chance to experience the true Arabian way of life and to enjoy the natural beauty of this breathtaking country that only recently began to attract tourism.

Oman is easily accessible with Oman Air operating daily flights from London Heathrow to Muscat.
