2018 TRAVEL PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR WINNERS ARE REVEALED
December 13 2018 - The winners of the 2018 international Travel Photographer of the Year awards (TPOTY) have been revealed, and they’re a glorious celebration of the beauty of this planet and its human and animal inhabitants. Amateur and professional photographers from 142 countries submitted over 20,000 images, and photographers from 22 countries feature amongst the winners. The 2018 Winners’ Gallery on www.tpoty.comfeatures over 150 fabulous images in a vibrant, fascinating and evocative collection of world-class contemporary travel photography shot on everything from high-end professional cameras to mobile phones.

September 11th 2018 - Entries for the 2018 Travel Photographer of the Year awards close on October 1st, giving amateur, semi-professional and professional photographers from across the globe less than three weeks to submit their images to this renowned international competition at www.tpoty.com.
TPOTY IMAGES AND PHOTOGRAPHERS TO FEATURE AT XPOSURE, THE PREMIER INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY FESTIVAL IN THE MIDDLE EAST
August 20 2018: Images from the international Travel Photographer of the Year awards are to go on display as part of this year’s prestigious Xposure International Photography Festival, the Middle East’s premier photography festival (November 21-24), taking the awards’ world-class contemporary travel images to a vast new audience. The new relationship also presents entrants in this year’s TPOTY awards - which close on October 1st- with a fantastic opportunity to feature in a showcase exhibition at Xposure 2019.

TRAVEL PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR EXHIBITION MOVES UP RIVER TO LONDON BRIDGE CITY
January 16 2018: London gains a fantastic new photography exhibit this Easter as the latest winning imagesfrom the international Travel Photographer of the Year awards make their public debut at a stunning, free-to-view outdoor exhibition at London Bridge City, across the Thames from the Tower of London. A move up river from the awards’ previous exhibition ‘home’ in Greenwich, this new celebration of photography runs from Good Friday, March 30 to Sunday, April 29.
