Entry Form & Entry Fees
Online Entries
Online entries – if you are uploading your images you do not need to download an entry form from this page, as you will complete an entry form online as part of the registration process for online entry. When you enter online, you will pay your entry fees via PayPal, either using a PayPal account or a credit or debit card. Click here for online image submission.
Print & HD Video Entries
If you are submitting prints, or are submitting a DVD for an HD Video category entry, you can download the PDF Entry Form here. Even if you are entering a category or categories more than once, you need only complete one entry form. If you enter any category more than once please write the number of times clearly on the entry form. Click Entry Form to download and print.
Print or HD Video entries – when you submit your prints or (for HD Video category) DVD, you cann include with them a cheque, money order, bankers' draft or postal order in UK £ only, made payable to Travel Photographer of the Year. Alternatively, if you would like to pay for your print entry via PayPal or online with a debit or credit card, please click here to be taken to our payment page for online payment of print /HD Video entries.

- New Talent - £20
- Condé Nast Traveller Award - £20
- One Shot - £10 (you can submit one or two images for this entry fee)
- First Shot - £10 (you can submit one or two images for this entry fee)
- HD Video - Travel Shorts - £20
- Young TPOTY - Free to enter
All categories can be entered multiple times except for New Talent, which can only be entered once. Each new entry in the same category will require a separate entry fee.
